About The Organization
Stuart Rush is a newly independent industrial manufacturer that officially launched on March 4, 2026. The company was formed through a strategic divestiture from Columbus McKinnon Corporation (CMCO).
This transition was a key component of Columbus McKinnon’s acquisition of Kito Crosby. To facilitate the merger of those two organizations, CMCO transferred its U.S. power chain hoist portfolio to Stuart Rush. Today, Stuart Rush operates as a fully independent manufacturer, maintaining the heritage of its original product lines.
